All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17
About

“As a young seminary student, even as I studied advanced Hebrew, I was never taught about how the ancient Hebrews saw and understood their world,” says Dr. Dean Davis, who has authored the “Through the Eyes of the Ancients” articles since 2011 for 3ABN’s World . From his curiosity, he developed a deep interest in their lives, customs, and their way of thinking. “Understanding more about how they saw their world has given the Scriptures a whole new meaning for me,” he says, “and it has opened my eyes to its rich, layered treasure,” he says. “I invite you to take another look at the Bible—this time, through the eyes of the ancients!”
