Leadership is something we take very seriously. We believe 3ABN has leaders chosen by God to guide this ministry for His glory. 3ABN's success around the world, measured by countless testimonies of changed lives, speaks for itself. Our leadership has several layers. 3ABN's Board of Directors meets several times a year to review our progress and make long-term plans. Our Administration provides day-to-day guidance for our operations, while our department managers handle specific areas. We believe God's hand guides at each level. Leadership in Christian ministry requires vision, integrity, and a solid biblical foundation, and we believe our leaders reflect those ideals. The needs are immense, the opportunities endless. Danny Shelton was impressed by the Holy Spirit in 1984 to build a television station that would reach the world with the undiluted three angels’ messages of Revelation 14. Through his dedication and God’s guidance and blessing, Three Angels Broadcasting Network now reaches the world with messages of hope and salvation. Danny has served as 3ABN President and faithfully used his musical talents for the Lord for many years. In addition, the books he’s authored have been translated and printed by the millions. Today, he serves as 3ABN Founder and Corporate Consultant.
Greg Morikone is President of 3ABN and a tireless servant-leader. He began working at 3ABN as a college intern in 1999, and has served in many capacities. He understands the intricate workings of broadcasting, publishing, and Internet media. He held various management positions at 3ABN over the years, including Call Center Manager, Production Manager, General Vice President, and 3ABN Board Member. Greg has a passion for lifting up Jesus Christ and reaching the world for the glory of God. He enjoys working side-by-side with the love of his life, Jill, whom he married in 2002.
Jill Morikone serves as 3ABN Vice President/COO, and is involved in the day-to-day operations of this ministry. She appears on various 3ABN programs, and is an author, columnist, and a presenter at women’s conferences and churches around the world. Her passion is for teaching and writing about practical Christianity and the transforming power and grace in the gospel. Her heart’s desire is to help people experience the freedom of the gospel so they can experience the full joy of knowing Jesus.
Jason attended Andrews University in MI where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting. Later he graduated from City University of Seattle, WA with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Jason gained experience at various Seventh-day Adventist Conferences and the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He currently serves 3ABN as CFO/Treasurer. Jason is married to Francine Bergmann and they have one daughter.
Jay Christian is the General Manager of 3ABN Radio. Arriving at 3ABN in 1999 with extensive experience in radio and television, God had prepared Jay to step into this position and rapidly expand our radio ministry. 3ABN Radio has stations and affiliate networks throughout the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and—among others—the Philippines.
Francine Bergmann is the General Manager of 3ABN’s Kids Network. She has used her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction for over 18 years to impact the lives of children in grades one through eight. She has a passionate desire to help children learn about Jesus, and believes it takes a community to help each child reach their potential.
Jason Bradley is the General Manager of the 3ABN Dare to Dream Network. In addition to hosting and producing television series, Jason enjoys sharing his love for Christ with others through public speaking and collaborating with the 3ABN prison ministry team. Being a community-minded servant-leader, Jason works to strengthen his community with practical tools for living.
John Dinzey is the General Manager of the 3ABN Latino Network. As a host, producer, and bilingual minister of the gospel, John travels extensively throughout the U.S. and Latino countries spreading the three angels’ messages with his wife, Idalia, who serves as his administrative assistant. He has been a 3ABN staff member since 1989, and is convinced 3ABN is a ministry of divine origin.
The youngest of three sons, John was born in Collie, Western Australia, to Ukrainian parents who had immigrated as misplaced persons after the Second World War. Although he wasn’t brought up in a religious home, he became interested in the Bible through discussions with his work mates, and became a Seventh-day Adventist when he was 21. For many years he worked in local and state government departments, the mining industry, and for himself. John and his wife Rosemary first heard about 3ABN while working in Nepal as missionaries, and when they moved to Bangkok Adventist Hospital in Thailand, they were able to watch 3ABN in their hospital apartment. Returning home, they began installing satellite equipment in homes all over Australia, and at the request of 3ABN’s board of directors, they formed 3ABN Australia, Inc. in 2003. As a design draftsman, John drew the plans for 3ABN Australia’s Production Centre in Morisset, New South Wales, and also worked as its project manager until it officially opened on April 7, 2013. John now oversees the conception and production of new programs for 3ABN Australia’s television and radio programs that air across four continents on 3ABN International.
Julia has been with 3ABN Russia since its inception, in 1992. She holds a PhD in linguistics, and taught English at the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. However, after giving her heart to the Lord during Pastor John Carter’s evangelistic meetings in that city, she gladly accepted Danny Shelton’s invitation to enter God’s service. Under His guidance, 3ABN Russia produces more than two hundred series in their television and radio studios, operates several websites, a call center, and busy marketing and publishing departments. 3ABN Russia Network programs can be seen and heard across the former Soviet Union on 3ABN Russia’s 24/7 satellite channel broadcast from two Russian satellites and rebroadcast by over 100 cable companies, on eight other satellite channels (several hours a week), and on about 80 local TV and radio stations. 3ABN Russia provides Internet video and radio streaming to the potential 300 million Russian-speaking people of the world through their website and mobile app. Julia has a son and two grandchildren, and praises the Lord for 3ABN’s worldwide ministry that allows people around the globe to find salvation in Jesus Christ.
Ryan Day grew up in a Christian home, but had one foot in church and the other in the world. His love of music led him to become a performer and a disc jockey, but after college, he and his wife Stephanie had a genuine experience with Christ that led them to full-time evangelism with the Amazing Facts ministry. Today, Ryan uses his talents for the Lord at 3ABN, having served both in our Pastoral Department, and in his current position of General Manager for 3ABN’s Praise Him Music Network.
Moses Primo, Director of Broadcasting, Operations, & Engineering as well as 3ABN Francais Network, began his television career at TV Globo, Brazil. In the USA, he earned his masters in television management, worked at several Boston stations—including NBC and Fox—before coming to 3ABN in 1992. Under his direction, 3ABN has grown from two local stations to a worldwide network of TV/Radio stations. He’s built satellite uplinks, production trucks, automated master control, and opened NGOs in other countries.
Yvonne Shelton is the Co-founder and Consultant for 3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network. Yvonne has enjoyed multiple successful careers in health and music. She is a naturopathic doctor, was a Board certified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has a Master’s degree in Social Work, and has authored several books. She has also sung with some of the world’s finest musicians. All of her previous work experiences prepared her to serve in full time ministry, which is her joy and passion.
Jonathan serves as 3ABN Office Systems & Online Store Manager. At the age of 15, he began working for 3ABN and continued off and on between schooling. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computing, Jonathan worked full time in 3ABN’s Call Center, where he eventually became manager. At the start of 2019 Jonathan shifted to his current position.
Jasmine serves as Marketing Manager for 3ABN. After working in mortgage banking for the past 25 years, her passion for serving the Lord has led her to work in an environment where she can make a positive impact. Jasmine has an MBA and serves as Health & Temperance leader at the Thompsonville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Bruce worked in multiple capacities at 3ABN since its original conception. For the past 15 years, he has served as the 3ABN Donations Department Manager—selling donated items for the best possible price to invest in the 3ABN mission of taking the gospel to the world.
Bobby is the Managing Editor of our free monthly publication, 3ABN World magazine. He also serves as a TV producer, book manuscript editor, video editor, and as a host on 3ABN’s Radio Music Channel. After working for many years in commercial television, he is truly grateful to work for the Lord.
Adam currently serves as the 3ABN Web and Print Design Manager. He began working at 3ABN in 2006 after spending seven years in the Walmart marketing department. He also enjoys prison ministry and serves as an Elder in his local Seventh-day Adventist church. He is happily married to Gabriela.
Brian is the Programming Manager for 3ABN, where he puts his God-given organizational skills to work scheduling and managing all the important ministry series aired on 3ABN channels throughout the world. Since his baptism in 2017, and subsequent marriage to his wife, Celestine, Brian has developed a passionate desire to serve the Lord.
Marilyn serves as the 3ABN Call Center Manager. Arriving here in 2014 with an education in business management and years of accounting experience, her business background and excellent people skills made her a perfect fit for her management position. Marilyn is a deaconess and school treasurer for our local church.
ET is the 3ABN Sound Center Manager. With a degree in music education and extensive personal experience in the arena of Christian music, she has a passion for producing, editing, and mixing music for multiple 3ABN channels. A talented pianist, ET also appears as a guest artist on network events.
Jeff is grateful for the honesty, integrity, and hometown values he learned from growing up in a small town in southern Illinois. His love for people, and his experience of running his family’s farm, auction, and real estate businesses prepared him well for his current position. Jeff and his wife Charletta raised three fine children and joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 2005 after watching 3ABN. Jeff currently serves as a church elder.
Jorge serves as 3ABN Production Manager. He arrived at 3ABN in 2008, with a degree in theology and media experience gained from working at the Argentinian Union Conference. For nine years, he worked as 3ABN Latino Production Manager. The following two years, he worked as Assistant Production Manager for the parent network, before assuming his current position in 2019. Sharing the Gospel of God’s grace has been Jorge’s passion since his youth.
John Lomacang is 3ABN’s Director of World Evangelism, and appears on many 3ABN programs, including the 3ABN Sabbath School Panel, 3ABN Worship Hour, and 3ABN Today programs. His music ministry and his vast experience in sharing the gospel throughout the world have made him a valued network speaker and vocalist. An ordained minister for over 30 years, he serves as pastor of the Thompsonville Seventh-day Adventist Church, and his wife Angela works in our 3ABN Radio Network.
James Rafferty is Director of Discipleship Ministry for 3ABN. He is an ordained pastor, evangelist, and author of several books. He has been in full time gospel ministry for 37 years with a special focus on Daniel and Revelation. God has opened doors for James to share the everlasting gospel in America, Africa, Asia, Europe, South America and the South Pacific. He has been married to his lovely wife Risë for 32 years. They make their home in North Fork, California and are blessed with two adult children.
A Master’s Degree in Psychology, and background of counseling and business administration—combined with a compassionate heart and the direction of the Holy Spirit—help J.D. Quinn serve as the 3ABN Pastoral Department Manager. He is also an Elder at the Thompsonville Seventh-day Adventist Church in Illinois.
Shelley Quinn serves as 3ABN Program Development Manager and hosts many 3ABN programs. As a popular Christian author and Bible teacher, she travels the U.S. and abroad preaching the gospel of God’s grace at revivals, retreats, and camp meetings.
