“America We Are One” Supports Patriotism and Veterans

The world pauses to observe Veterans’ Day and Armistice Day each year, celebrating the great armistice signed on the “eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month” of 1918 by the Allies and Germany during The Great War (WWI).

While many participate in parades and various veterans’ programs, 3ABN celebrates the sacrifice of these brave men and women with a patriotic song called, “America We Are One,” available on YouTube.

“I wrote this song on the Fourth of July last year,” Danny says. “Our nation is divided, and if you believe it is time for us to come together from the left and the right to do what’s best for America, then please share this video. The Bible says in Mark 3:25, “If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand,” so this is a call for the people of the United States of America and those whom we have elected to go back to our roots, ‘One nation under God.’

“Yvonne Lewis is the soloist,” Danny continues. “Originally from New York, she has had a very successful career in the secular music business and was one of New York’s top jingle singers for many years. She sang commercials for Diet Coke, Frito Lay, Folger’s coffee, Burger King, Ruffles potato chips, Pizza Hut, and the list goes on and on. She also sang a duet with Kermit the Frog that you’ve probably heard, called, ‘It’s Not Easy Being Green!’ She sang with Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Roberta Flack, and many others, but now Yvonne Lewis is the general manager of 3ABN’s new television network, Dare To Dream, which targets the needs of people who live in the inner cities of America and around the world.
“The choir for this project was made up of some of the most familiar singers in the business: Terry Blackwood, Gene McDonald, Judy Rodman, Reggie and Ladye Love Smith, Bonnie Keen, and many others. We were also blessed to have legendary arranger and composer, Mr. Lari Goss orchestrate it for us! I want to thank Lari, all the singers, the entire orchestra, and the band members for making this song possible. And of course all thanks and credit goes to God, our Lord and Savior!

Please share this song with all your friends through social media.
