Zesty Caribbean-Italian Dressing


  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. chadon beni or cilantro
  • 1/4 c. Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. honey, opt.
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • dash of garlic and onion powder
  • salt as desired


  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker jar. Add remaining ingredients and shake until well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate and allow to marinate until needed.
