- 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 c. oat flour
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 3 – 4 Tbsp. cold water
- Mix dry ingredients in a pie tin. Add oil and water, stirring until dough is moistened and holds together.
- Press into sides of pan first, then the middle.
- Use for unbaked pie crust, or prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 – 30 minutes.
