Whole Wheat Pie Crust


  • 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3/4 c. oat flour
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 3 – 4 Tbsp. cold water


  1. Mix dry ingredients in a pie tin. Add oil and water, stirring until dough is moistened and holds together.
  2. Press into sides of pan first, then the middle.
  3. Use for unbaked pie crust, or prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 – 30 minutes.
