Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas


  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. unbleached white flour
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. soy milk powder
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. hot water


  1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil and hot water in an bowl. Gradually add hot water and olive oil. Mix them as little as possible.
  2. Divide into 10 golf-ball sized pieces and roll out each. Cook in a hot non-stick pan until lightly browned on both sides.
