- 12-oz. package soft silken tofu
- 1/2 c. soymilk
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. minced fresh or bottled garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. natural sugar
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, about 2 – 3 minutes.
* Pizza suggestion: white sauce topped with veggie mozzarella, mushrooms, green bell pepper, fire-roasted red pepper, and artichokes, topped with more veggie cheese and chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano.
