Waterless Cooked Vegetables


  • Grated carrots
  • Fresh or frozen corn
  • Fresh or frozen peas


 Place in saucepan, divided into thirds. Cover and heat over medium heat until steaming. Reduce heat and steam for about 10 minutes.
