Viva Spread


  • 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped raw onion
  • 2 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetarian Express Saucy Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish


  1. Heat chickpeas and mash. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with whole grain crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
