- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped raw onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetarian Express Saucy Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
- Heat chickpeas and mash. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with whole grain crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
