Veggie Bake


  • Sweet potatoes
  • Summer squash
  • Eggplant
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Summer Savory
  • Other seasonings of choice


  1. Place sliced vegetables on oiled-sprayed baking sheet. Spray with oil spray and sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, softer vegetables about 1/2 hour. Turn every 10 minutes.
