- 1 can Worthington vegetarian burger
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. instant oats
- 1/4 c. pecan meal
- 2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- Empty veggie meat into a medium bowl. Add onion and garlic powder and mix.
- Add oats, pecan meal, gluten flour and onions. Mix well.
- Shape into balls. Fry in canola oil until browned.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes to bake the inside. Serve.
