Vegetarian Meatballs


  • 1 can Worthington vegetarian burger
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. instant oats
  • 1/4 c. pecan meal
  • 2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. canola oil


  1. Empty veggie meat into a medium bowl. Add onion and garlic powder and mix.
  2. Add oats, pecan meal, gluten flour and onions. Mix well.
  3. Shape into balls. Fry in canola oil until browned.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes to bake the inside. Serve.
