Vegan Strawberry Shake


  • 1/2 lb. or 900 g strawberries
  • 1/2 pint or 500 ml almond milk
  • 2 big scoops vegan strawberry ice cream
  • dash of vanilla


  1. Place almond milk in blender. Add strawberries and vegan ice cream and a dash of vanilla.
  2. Add maple syrup if you desire additional sweetness. Blend until smooth.

* Add other fruit, or other flavors if vegan ice cream if you like.
