Vegan Parmesan Cheese


  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1/3 c. raw cashews
  • 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt-free herb & garlic seasoning


Blanch almonds if desired. Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse until mixture is fine and crumbly.
