Vegan Mango Lassi


  • 1 1/2 c. fresh mango or mango pulp
  • 1 1/2 c. real almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 2 – 3 flakes of saffron


  1. Place mango, almond milk and cardamom into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a flake or two of saffron.
