- 1/2 c. soy, almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 c. soybean oil
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. agar powder or 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- In a blender, combine milk, maple syrup, vanilla and xanthan gum. Blend until combined.
- While blender is turning, slowly add the oil. Let stand 10 – 15 minutes, until thickened.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
