Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 c. demerara sugar
  • 3 oz. plain cocoa flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix.
  2. Add the water, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Press mixture into oiled baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, watching carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn.
