• 1 roll Tuno, thawed and mashed
  • 1 large firm tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion or 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or grated, opt.
  • 1/2 large sweet bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne or red pepper flakes
  • onion salt or garlic salt to taste


  1. In a medium saucepan, cook onion, tomatoes, peppers and garlic until onion is translucent.
  2. Add Tuno and heat. Remove from heat and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste.
