- 1 roll Tuno, thawed and mashed
- 1 large firm tomato, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion or 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or grated, opt.
- 1/2 large sweet bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 – 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne or red pepper flakes
- onion salt or garlic salt to taste
- In a medium saucepan, cook onion, tomatoes, peppers and garlic until onion is translucent.
- Add Tuno and heat. Remove from heat and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste.
