- 8 oz. tofu cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. vegan margarine, softened
- 3 c. powdered cane juice sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- In a medium bowl, combine tofu cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and almond extract. Beat with hand mixer until creamy. Continue to beat, adding powdered sugar a little at a time, until creamy.
