Tender Bit Primavera


  • 1 c. onions, diced
  • 1 c. sweet yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. whole tomatoes, crushed
  • 2 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 19-oz. can Loma Linda Tender Bits, chopped
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 c. cooked angel hair pasta
  • salt to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a skillet, except for the pasta. Simmer on medium heat until the onions and peppers are tender.
  2. Serve hot over angel hair pasta.
