Taste of Heaven Sausage Links


  • 1 c. bulgur wheat
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. oat flour
  • 4 Tbsp. pecan meal
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, unfermented
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. honey


  1. Soak bulgur in 2 cups hot water for 20 – 30 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
  2. To soaked bulgur, add oat flour, pecan meal, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, rosemary, paprika, yeast flakes, one tablespoon water, olive oil and honey. Mix well with hands.
  3. Roll about 1 tablespoon of the dough into a sausage shape about 3 inches long.
  4. Fry in a little oil, rolling and turning the sausages until evenly browned.
