- 4-1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- Combine dry ingredients and stir. Add wet ingredients, mixing well with hands.
- Press into oiled 9 x 13 inch baking sheet, sprinkling with black sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn pan and bake 3 – 5 more minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting.
