- 2 c. cooked sticky rice
- 2 c. coconut milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. orange rind
- In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, brown sugar, half of the orange rind and salt.
- Cook, stirring, until thickened and lightly browned.
- Stir into sticky rice and bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 20 minutes.
- Garnish with remaining orange rind. May also add fresh fruit, like mango.
*Can also be served cold.
