Sweet Potato Fries


  • 5 medium sweet potates, peeled and cut into 1/4″ sticks
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder


  1. Coat sweet potato sticks with oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Mix well.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy, yet tender in the middle.
  3. You may want to put under the broiler for a few minutes to make them crispier. Serve hot.
