- 5 medium sweet potates, peeled and cut into 1/4″ sticks
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Coat sweet potato sticks with oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Mix well.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy, yet tender in the middle.
- You may want to put under the broiler for a few minutes to make them crispier. Serve hot.
