Swamp Water Smoothie


  • 1/2 c. frozen pineapple
  • 1 c. apple juice
  • 1 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 – 2 c. fresh kale or spinach
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 seedless orange, peeled
  • 1/2 c. frozen mango
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve.

Variation: Pour leftover smoothie into popsicle molds.
