Strawberry Shake


  • 1 c. soymilk powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 – 4 Tbsp. agave nectar, opt.
  • 3 c. frozen strawberries or mixed fruit


  1. Place soymilk powder and water in blender, along with agave if desired. Blend until mixed.
  2. Add frozen strawberries and blend until smooth. Serve.

* Other frozen fruit can also be used as desired.
