Strawberry Fruit Sauce


  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
  • 2 tsp. water


  1. Mix arrowroot powder and 2 teaspoons water.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add arrowroot slurry and continue to heat and stir until thickened.
