Sprouted Quinoa Breakfast Cereal


  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. star anise
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 c. sprouted quinoa, sprouted 2 days
  • 1/4 c. strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pineapple tidbits
  • 1/4 c. blueberries
  • 1/4 c. raisins or currants
  • 1/4 c. pecans, chopped


  1. Whisk together the first  seven ingredients until well combined, adjusting taste according to your liking.
  2. Mix sprouted quinoa, fruits and nuts. Add liquid ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with a slice of Banana Nut Bread and Almond Butter.

* A deliciously complete breakfast cereal. Makes 2 servings
