- 1 12-oz. can chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive, canola or rapeseed oil
- salt to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- cayenne pepper or paprika
- Dry chickpeas carefully on paper towels. Add oil and seasonings and mix.
- Spread on oiled baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
