Spicy Baked Chickpeas


  • 1 12-oz. can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. olive, canola or rapeseed oil
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • cayenne pepper or paprika


  1. Dry chickpeas carefully on paper towels. Add oil and seasonings and mix.
  2. Spread on oiled baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
