Spicy Avocado Pizza


Avocado Jalapeño Sauce:

  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 c. grapeseed oil Vegenaise
  • 1/4 c. Tofutti better than sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened original almond milk
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. nacho jalapeño slices


  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium avocados, diced
  • Jalapeños nacho slices, optional

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry


  1. Place all ingredients for the sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. With a rolling pin, roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Spread sauce over crust. Layer with toppings.
