- 1 package firm Mori-Nu silken tofu or 1 package water-packed soft tofu
- 1/4 c. soy milk powder
- 2+1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 green onion, chopped
- In blender, place tofu, soy milk powder, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and oil. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving bowl and stir in green onion, leaving some for garnish.
- Serve with your favorite veggies, and other assorted items suitable for dipping.
