Sour Cream with Veggie Tray


  • 1 package firm Mori-Nu silken tofu or 1 package water-packed soft tofu
  • 1/4 c. soy milk powder
  • 2+1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 green onion, chopped


  1. In blender, place tofu, soy milk powder, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and oil. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving bowl and stir in green onion, leaving some for garnish.
  3. Serve with your favorite veggies, and other assorted items suitable for dipping.
