Slow Cooker Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. steel cut oats
  • 4 c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 4 Tbsp. agave nectar

Instructions:

  1. Spray crock pot with cooking oil spray. Pour coconut milk into crock pot; stir in steel cut oats, blueberries, vanilla extract, lemon extract.
  2. Put on low heat, cover and cook overnight. Stir in agave nectar and serve.
