Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 c. gluten flour
  • 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/4 c. chickpea flour
  • 2 Tbsp. beef style seasoning
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried chili flakes, opt.
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • pinch of ground spice
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fennel seed

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and water. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place on parchment paper and foil. Roll up and place in steamer and steam until done, about 40 – 50 minutes.
  3. Cut into slices and brown in skillet. Serve hot.
