Sandwich on a Stick


  • 2 slices soft whole grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp. favorite sandwich spread
  • 2 vegetarian hotdogs or 4 slices vegetarian lunchmeat
  • 8 pickles
  • 8 grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 4 bamboo skewers


  1. Spread bread with favorite sandwich spread. Cut slices into 6 pieces.
  2. Cut hotdogs or lunchmeat into quarters. Slice the pickles.
  3. Slide items onto bamboo skewers in order desired.
