- 5 c. red potato cubes, 1/2″ size
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, salt, garlic, onion, yeast flakes. Mix well and stir in olive oil.
- Spread on oil-sprayed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 – 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
