Roasted Red Potatoes


  • 5 c. red potato cubes, 1/2″ size
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, salt, garlic, onion, yeast flakes. Mix well and stir in olive oil.
  2. Spread on oil-sprayed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 – 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
