Roasted Potatoes


  • 6 potatoes, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric


  1. Pour olive oil over diced potatoes. Add garlic powder, salt, rosemary, cayenne and turmeric. Toss until well mixed.
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
