Red Pizza Sauce


  • 29-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 29-oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 8-oz. can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 c. natural sugar
  • 1/4 c. basil
  • 1/8 c. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. fennel


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Use right away or chill overnight for pastas.

* Pizza suggestion: Red sauce topped with veggie mozzarella, taco-seasoned T. V. P., red onions, green and red bell peppers, black olives, and topped with more veggie cheese.
