Red Basil Mocktail


  • 2 large leaves of basil or 1 tsp. powdered basil per 12 oz. drink
  • 1 part beet juice
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 part apple juice
  • 3 parts fresh tangerine juice


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse briefly until ingredients are mixed.
  2. Serve with raspberry ice cubes. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

To make raspberry ice cubes, simply freeze raspberry juice in ice cube tray.
