Real Almond Milk


  • 1 c. almonds, soaked overnight in water with 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 4 pitted dates


  1. Drain almonds and place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until creamy. Strain through a nut milk bag. Chill.
  3. Pulp can be used in various cooking projects.
