- 1 c. almonds, soaked overnight in water with 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 4 pitted dates
- Drain almonds and place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until creamy. Strain through a nut milk bag. Chill.
- Pulp can be used in various cooking projects.
