Raw Tzatziki Falafel Sauce


  • 1 c. sunflower seeds, soaked at least 1 hour
  • 2 c. zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c. peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. thick coconut cream from the top of a can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 Tbsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. sea salt


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
