Raspberry Lemon Dressing


  • 1 small package fresh raspberries
  • ½ c. olive oil
  • ¼ c. frozen white grape raspberry juice concentrate
  • ¼ c. Florida cane crystals
  • ½ c. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. black cherry fruit spread or jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, or mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seed, optional


  1. In blender combine all ingredients except poppy seeds. Blend until smooth. Add poppy seeds and and stir.
  2. Pour into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
