Rainbow Fruit Roll-Ups


  • 4 c. fruit (berries, peaches, mangoes, kiwi etc.)
  • 1/4 c. dried fruit


  1. Place fresh and dried fruit into a small saucepan and heat until the juices are released and the dried fruit is softened.
  2. Place fruit in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Spread evenly over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at the lowest oven temperature (170 degrees) for about 4 hours, or until dry but still flexible.
  5. Cut into desired shapes.
