Quick Sautéed Rice


  • Cooked rice
  • Vegetable broth
  • Asparagus, cut into pieces
  • Peppers, chopped
  • Onions, chopped
  • Celery
  • Spinach
  • Cashews
  • Raisins
  • Walnuts
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Corn
  • Black beans
  • Broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower
  • Black olives
  • Green olives
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Red sauce


  1. Heat a little vegetable broth in a large skillet. Add vegetables of choice. Add rice and sauce of choice.
  2. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
