- 7 c. peeled, sliced potatoes
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. raw cashews
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
- Combine cheese sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy – about 3 minutes.
- Place potatoes into and oiled casserole dish and pour in cheese sauce.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked and tender.
