Potato Casserole


  • 7 c. peeled, sliced potatoes

Cheese Sauce:

  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning


  1. Combine cheese sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy – about 3 minutes.
  2. Place potatoes into and oiled casserole dish and pour in cheese sauce.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked and tender.
