Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. Roma tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 c. sun-dried tomatoes, not soaked
  • 1/8 c. dried mangos
  • 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 1/8 c. fresh basil
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion
  • 1 Tbsp. peeled ginger root
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 green olive
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 1/2 c. water, as needed

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except water into blender and blend until smooth, adding water if necessary to make a thick, smooth sauce.
