Pine Nut Cheese Sauce


  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 1 hour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. grape seed oil
  • 2 c. pine nuts


  1. In blender, combine water, tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, garlic, tahini and grape seed oil. Blend until smooth.
  2. While blending, add pine nuts a few at a time until the vortex closes.
