Perfect Pesto Pasta


  • 1 large bunch fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 medium cloves garlic
  • 1/3 c. pinenuts or walnuts
  • 3/4 c. prepared Parmesan style cheese
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, opt.
  • prepared fettuccine pasta


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Spoon over fettuccine pasta and serve.

* This is also a good topping for pizza or garlic bread.
