Peanut Punch


  • 2 c. soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed
  • 8 – 10 pitted dates
  • 2 Tbsp. oatmeal as needed to thicken
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • sweetener of choice


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
