Oven Baked Potato Fries


  • 4 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika


  1. Cut potatoes into wedges. In a medium mixing bowl combine olive oil and seasonings. Add potatoes and mix well.
  2. Place on baking sheet in single layer and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes on each side, or until golden.
