Orange Sauce


  • 1 package Mori-nu tofu, firm
  • 1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts


  1. Place tofu and orange juice into a food processor or blender, and blend.
  2. Add honey and continue to process until smooth.
  3. Spoon over carrot cake and garnish with walnuts.
