Oat Potato Patties


  • 3 c. potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 c. gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 c. water


  1. Place potatoes in food processer and process until smooth. Place in a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture into a heated, oiled, skillet, flattening into a thin patty. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
