- 3 c. potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 c. gluten-free oat flour
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 c. water
- Place potatoes in food processer and process until smooth. Place in a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture into a heated, oiled, skillet, flattening into a thin patty. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
